Introducing GIRLS OPVC skills Training Class - REPS
Note this class is for girls at advanced levels of play only.
Practicing a volleyball skill to repeatedly go beyond current capabilities while fully engaged in the process, practicing with purpose and getting good quality feedback. REPS will cover different volleyball skills, and it will include 3rd-high school age groups for girls only.
​OPVC NEW REPS skill class is not for beginners.
For 3rd/4th grade:
Players need to be currently playing on a club team or have played on a school youth league.
For 5th/6th grade:
Players need to have at least one year of club experience and one year of school league team.
For 7th grade and up:
Players need at least two years of club and or school team experience.
