With over a decade of experience coaching both high school and club volleyball, Coach Young brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the court. Her journey began as a player, where she trained as both a setter and libero(DS). This diverse experience on the court has shaped her deep understanding of the game from multiple perspectives.

She has coached varsity volleyball at Northwest High School and just recently stepped down to coach her daughter’s 3rd grade team in the GCCYL. Coach Young also coached varsity track at Northwest for 9 years. She loves coaching and truly dedicates herself to guiding her players to be the best athlete they can be on and off the court! 

Coach Young is a high school math teacher at BTSOA. In her free time she loves to go to concerts, go to Reds games, and watch her kids, Parker and Rilynn, play all the sports they love.
