A lifelong volleyball enthusiast, Coach Fancett is a native of Lebanon, OH, and graduated from Miami University. His coaching experience began at CHCA, coaching several teams in their youth volleyball program. He spent two years coaching at CVA before coming to Ohio Premier. He has previously served as the girls' JV head coach at Lakota East HS. He is currently the Varisty coach at Loveland High School. Coach Fancett couples his career in management with years of experience as an official to enrich his volleyball coaching repertoire, thriving on teaching technique and recognition to young players, and seeing his passion for the game rub off on others. His desire to teach life through the game of volleyball shapes his message of striving to “Always Bring Your 100%,” encouraging players to Work Hard, Be Kind, and Play With Joy.

Coach Fancett holds a CAP certification with USA Volleyball and is a member of the American Volleyball Coaches Association. Since joining Ohio Premier, his teams have captured two Ohio Valley Region championships as well as a top 5 finish at nationals.

Off the court, he enjoys cooking, traveling to new places, and spending time watching his daughters grow up. He resides with his family in Symmes Township.
