This is Erica’s 6th season coaching at OPVC and 3rd season as our 15-1 National Team head coach. Erica has been coaching at Fairfield HS for 3 years, and prior to that she was the varsity assistant coach at Lakota East High School. Erica has also coached boys' and girls' volleyball for 7 years at Sacred Heart in the GCCYS league.

Erica also leads the OPVC recruiting team and manages our players resources, recruitment accounts (HUDL, University Athlete, etc.) and supports our clubs recruitment efforts.

She is from Northeast Ohio, where she played varsity volleyball all 4 years and was ECOL player of the year her senior year. Erica is a graduate of Miami University and continues to play indoor and outdoor volleyball competitively.

Outside of coaching, Erica is a software developer at The Cincinnati Insurance. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her kids in their various sports.
