This camp will incorporate ALL skills and game play. Each day will have a “Focus Skill.”

 

NOT all three days will be the same – If you sign up for more than one day you will benefit from a different focus point and different drills for all skills.

Each day will have a different focus point:

​

Day 1: DEFENSE / PASSING / FLOOR MOVES / 1st CONTACT / SERVING / JUMPSERVING / GAME PLAY

Day 2:

ATTACKING / SWING BLOCKING / BACK ROW ATTACKING / SERVING / JUMP SERVING / GAME PLAY

                MIDDLES

                RIGHT SIDE

Day 3: SETTING / RIGHT BACK DEFENSE / SERVING / JUMP SERVING
