Kate McWaters

Kate joined OPVC in 2020. Kate's volleyball experience includes coaching teams in the GCCYS, Cincinnati Premier Youth Volleyball teams, and Ohio Premier Volleyball Club, working with girls and boys club teams, camps, and instructional classes. Kate graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and earned her Master's in Education from Xavier University. Her professional experience is in higher education admissions and secondary education counseling and administration. She’s been playing and coaching volleyball since she found her volleyball passion growing up in central Iowa. Kate believes volleyball is an ultimate team sport that can teach athletes so much more than volleyball skills.
