Carl Lorenzo

Carl joined OPVC in 2023. In the 2023 season, he was the head coach for the 15 Black and the assistant for the 14-4 girls team. Working with those teams last year showed him that volleyball is not all about winning-- it is also about family/community and how being a coach can impact the lives of your players in many ways outside of volleyball. This will also be Carl's first year as a head coach for Loveland High School's JVB Women's Volleyball team. He started playing volleyball in the 6th grade and played for Fairfield High School his whole four years of high school. He still continues to play competitively around Cincinnati in both indoor and sand volleyball. Carl is very excited for this new season with OP and can't wait to get started with both his boys and girls team!
